Welcome to Jackson Tire & Alignment (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided Jackson Tire & Alignment provides automotive services, including but not limited to tire sales, alignments, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard practices.
2. Appointments and Walk-Ins
- Appointments are recommended but not required.
- Scheduled appointments will be given priority. Walk-ins will be accommodated as time permits.
- Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- We provide written or verbal estimates upon request.
- Estimates are subject to change if additional issues are identified during the service.
- All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and fees.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms as specified.
- Returned checks or declined payments may incur additional fees.
5. Warranty
- We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for repairs, as stated on your invoice.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect.
- Repairs performed by third parties after our service.
- Tires and parts may be subject to manufacturer warranties.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles due to theft, fire, or acts of nature while the vehicle is in our custody.
- Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
7. Vehicle Inspection and Authorization
- By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize Jackson Tire & Alignment to inspect and perform agreed-upon services.
- Any additional repairs or costs will be communicated and require your approval before proceeding.
8. Abandoned Vehicles
- Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 7 days after service completion may be subject to storage fees.
- After 90 days, unclaimed vehicles may be sold or disposed of in accordance with local laws.
9. Customer Conduct
- Customers must treat staff and other patrons respectfully.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from services provided by Jackson Tire & Alignment will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be posted on our premises and website, if applicable.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tennessee.
